Ootoya "Kokuuma Ma-po Tofu Set Meal

The "Kokuuma Mapo Tofu Set Meal" is now on sale at Otoya. The price is 980 yen (tax included). It will be on sale until January 15.

The "Kokuuma Ma-bo Tofu Set Meal" is Ootoya's original Ma-bo Tofu with shimeji mushrooms, eggplant, and green peppers. The chicken broth base is enriched with sweet soy sauce to add richness and flavor. The secret ingredients are the delicious flavor of oyster sauce and a little spiciness from the soy bean sauce to enhance the overall taste. Chopped green onions and ginger are also added to warm the body. The addition of chopped green onion and ginger gives the dish a warming taste.


The "Spinach and shiitake mushrooms with yuzu" is a refreshing dish with a hint of yuzu. The wakame no suzumashi (wakame seaweed osuzashi) is a soy sauce-based dish with a hint of sesame oil.
