In KALDI, I found the perfect sweets for the sweaty season! This is Todaya's "Shio Mochi". The price is 298 yen (tax included).
This is a bite-sized rice cake made with Okinawan salt "Nuchimasu". Nuchimasu means "salt of life" in the Okinawan dialect. It is a salt close to the sea with a salt content of 75% that contains 21 kinds of minerals.
