A cool summer menu for Doutor! "Hokkaido Melon Frozen" and "Hojicha Parfait" etc.

Cool and refreshing!

A new summer menu will be available at the Doutor Coffee Shop on June 14th.

"Hokkaido Melon Frozen" is a limited-time frozen drink that uses juicy Hokkaido red meat melon juice. When mixed with whipped cream topping, it changes to a creamy taste like melon milk. The price starts from 380 yen for S size (tax included, same below). Sold at limited stores.

"Okinawa Prefecture Pine Yogurt" is a yogurt drink that uses Okinawa Prefecture pineapple sauce. You can enjoy the refreshing sweetness of pineapple, the texture of the flesh, and the acidity of yogurt. The price starts from 360 yen for S size.

Contains milk oligosaccharides

"Milan Sand B Smoked Salmon and Puri Puri Shrimp" is a Milan sand that combines smoked salmon and shrimp made from natural Hokkaido autumn salmon with lemon and dill-flavored tartar sauce. It is refreshingly finished. The price is 480 yen.

With the scent of dill

"Peach a la mode" is a sweet and sour summer cup dessert. Vanilla-flavored mousse is layered on peach jelly, and topped with peach puree and framboise juice, peach compote, and lemon jelly. Pistachio is placed as an accent. The price is 420 yen.

Cool to the eyes

"Hojicha Parfait" is a parfait-style dessert made from fragrant hojicha into jelly and pudding. The bean paste made from red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, whipped cream from Kyoto matcha, shiratama, dice-cut roasted green tea jelly, and whipped cream are combined. The price is 420 yen.
