At each Yayoiken store, "Hiyajiru and Tori Nanban Set Meal" will be released on June 1st. The price is 890 yen (tax included).

This is a menu that combines Hiyajiru, a local dish of Miyazaki prefecture, and Tori Nanban. Hiyajiru is a dish that you can enjoy by loosening the grilled horse mackerel in cold miso soup with tofu, cucumber, and ice, and adding it with rice. Chicken tempura with sweet and sour nanban sauce comes with a lot of tartar sauce that you can mix and finish with mayonnaise, boiled eggs, onions, pickles and parsley.
