At each Ootoya store, "Momonoura Oyster Dashi Hot Pot Set Meal" will be released on January 27th. Limited time until early March. The price is 1,148 yen (tax included).

This is the 6th "Tohoku Reconstruction Assistance Special Menu" this year. Oysters grown in Momonoura Bay, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, are combined with plenty of vegetables and handmade tofu, and simmered in bonito broth and kelp soup stock. Doubanjiang is also added as a secret ingredient.

Accented with tomato and watercress. It seems that you can enjoy the soup stock that the oysters have umami and the simple taste that makes the best use of the ingredients. Season with grated ponzu sauce.

In addition, 20 yen per meal will be donated to a collaboration school (after-school school for children in the disaster area in Onagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture and Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture) operated by the certified NPO Katariba.
