CALVA, Kamakura

CALVA in Kamakura is one of the best bakeries in the Kanto area (in my opinion). It is located a 6-7 minute walk from Ofuna Station.

Amidst the gorgeous, unique, top-notch breads and cakes in terms of taste and appearance, the original baked doughnut "Ron Ron" ( 130 yen, tax included, same below) is loved by locals for its simple but comforting taste!

Ronron is a baked doughnut that was developed after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami as a snack that lasts for a long time without refrigeration and is delicious for everyone from children to the elderly. They are baked with the flavor of eggs, butter, cream, and honey to make them moist and soft.

Soft and fluffy~! When you bite into it, you will feel the crunchy texture on the surface, the moist dough will melt away, and the gentle sweetness of the egg will spread.
