Most popular! I tried to compare two kinds of puddings of "pros and cons detour"-rich "torisho" and refreshing "hojicha"

I found a pudding of a sweets shop "Pros and cons detour" in Hiroo, Tokyo at an event store. I tried to compare them.

I bought two kinds of "Torisho pudding" and "Hojicha pudding". The price is 370 yen each (excluding tax). Both are finished without using preservatives or colorings.

The package is also fashionable

"Torisho Pudding" is a pudding designed with the image of creme brulee. The name comes from the chef's parents' yakitori restaurant "Torisho".

A sticky feeling that you can understand by scooping with a spoon. It is irresistible that the rich sweetness gradually spreads at the same time as it melts on the tongue! You can enjoy a luxurious and dense feeling that is close to that of a mousse.

Chubby rich

The caramel hidden in the bottom of the cup is bittersweet. It brings out the sweetness of pudding and gives it a slightly mature aftertaste. It is a rich finish overall.

Bittersweet caramel

"Hojicha pudding" is a pudding made by boiling the tea leaves of hojicha with milk. As soon as the package is opened, the roasted green tea is fragrant.

Compared to "Torisho Pudding", this one has a much cleaner finish. It's soft like a jelly, but it melts as soon as you put it in your mouth. The syrup on the bottom of the cup has a refreshing taste with roasted green tea. It is fresh, yet retains the richness of roasted green tea.

Purun and refreshing

Hojicha firmly until the end

Two types of "pros and cons detour" puddings that are often sold out because they are popular products. The former is recommended for those who want to enjoy the sweetness, and the latter is recommended for those who want a refreshing aftertaste.
