As a new product of Ohayo Dairy's milk dessert "Jersey Milk Pudding" series, which uses rare jersey milk luxuriously, the winter limited "Jersey Milk Pudding Houjicha Latte" will be on sale nationwide from December 17th.

The suggested retail price is 145 yen (excluding tax). Among the popular "Hojicha", Kanazawa's specialty "Kaga stick tea", which is characterized by its elegant aroma and mellow sweetness, is used and is combined with rich milk. Unlike ordinary hojicha, Kaga bar tea is made using tea stalks and is shallowly and carefully roasted so as not to spoil the umami.

This jersey milk pudding roasted green tea latte aims for a taste that makes the most of its umami. By combining Kaga bar tea with jersey milk, it is said that it has a melting texture and a mellow taste.


The checkered pattern, which can be said to be the representative of Japanese patterns, is used for the obi sticker. The design is inspired by Kanazawa, which has a rich food culture where Japanese culture such as "Kenrokuen", one of the three great gardens of Japan, Kaga Yuzenn, and Kanazawa leaf still blends into our daily lives.
