The

hojicha

pudding is made with hojicha powder from Houkodo, a long-established Uji tea shop in Kyoto. Two layers of hojicha pudding and yokan (thick jellied sweet bean jelly) are topped with hojicha-infused cream, and topped with Hokkaido red bean kanokotsu and gold dust for decoration. The hojicha pudding with its fragrance that tickles the nostrils and the yokan with its gentle sweetness are exquisitely delicious.
