This is a limited edition product only available at the Doutor Online Shop, created by combining Hattendo's creampan with honey processed products and coffee powder made using a special process that incorporates ideas from Doutor Coffee and Bee's Sound. It is not sold at Doutor Coffee Shop outlets. It is delivered by cool takkyubin (frozen type).


The soft and fluffy dough is filled with two layers of Hattendo's special custard cream and special coffee and honey filling. The special coffee and honey filling is a combination of "honey made by soaking coffee beans" and coffee powder soaked in honey. The moderately sweet custard cream and honey with a hint of coffee flavor are perfectly matched with the crunchy texture of the coffee powder and the subtle bitterness and sourness of the coffee, making this cream bread a perfect match for coffee.
