Soilate is a latte made from soy milk instead of latte milk. The "Soilate Cake" that will be released this time is a steamed cake with a marble pattern in which soymilk and coffee extract-based soyrate whipped cream is wrapped in a moist dough that uses soymilk and coffee. Soilate whipped cream, which has a slight bitterness in its sweetness, goes well with steamed cake dough and you can enjoy a well-balanced taste.
