To express the "watermelon-like" bright red body and strong flavor of concentrated juice, watermelon juice is blended with a sauce containing dragon fruit pulp and passion fruit juice.


In addition, sweet and sour kiwifruit pulp with a texture of petit seeds is added to evoke the green rind. The whipped cream is topped with "watermelon salt," a combination of watermelon juice and salt. The moderate saltiness enhances the sweetness, giving it a sweet and addictive taste, just like eating watermelon with salt.


The cool, refreshing juice-based flavor is recommended for sipping under the hot summer sun. It delivers the satisfying sensation of a mouth full of watermelon, a symbol of mid-summer.
