Godiva Ginza Sembikiya Ginza Chocolat Daifuku

Daifuku "Ginza Chocolat Daifuku" is made with rich and smooth chocolate cream using Belgian chocolate and fruits carefully selected for their aroma, sweetness and acidity to complement the chocolate, wrapped in a chunky rice cake with cocoa powder and coated with a luxurious coating of cocoa powder. The Daifuku is finished with a luxurious coating of cocoa powder.The fruits selected for their taste and appearance are: "Tochiotome" from Tochigi Prefecture, which has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity; "Kiwi" from Kagawa Prefecture, which is made from the "Koroku" variety, which has a strong sweet taste, rich flavor, and refreshing flavor; and "Kinkan" from Kagoshima Prefecture, which has a sweet taste and moderate acidity and can be eaten with the skin. The lineup includes three varieties of kumquats from Kagoshima Prefecture, which can be eaten skin and all with a sweet and moderately sour taste.
