Mos Burger "Mawaru Shake Saitama Strawberry

Mixed Shake Saitama Strawberry," made with strawberries grown in Saitama Prefecture, will be sold at 62 Mos Burger outlets in Saitama Prefecture in limited quantities and only in Saitama Prefecture.

Mixed Shake Saitama Strawberry

The "Mawaru Shake Saitama Strawberry" has been sold in Saitama Prefecture for two consecutive years since 2020 in limited quantities, selling a total of 180,000 cups. The product was planned because Tokorozawa Kitada Farm, which focuses on strawberry cultivation in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, had to discard strawberries that were about to be harvested due to a decrease in the number of strawberry pickers caused by the new type of coronavirus infection. Although the situation is now under control, strawberries from this farm will continue to be used to support the local industry.

Strawberry cultivation at Tokorozawa Kitada Farm

The drink combines the pulpy syrup made from strawberries picked at Tokorozawa Kitada Farm with Mosu's vanilla shake. The strawberries harvested from mid-May to early June of this year are used to create a syrup with a fresh strawberry aroma and a well-balanced flavor of sweet and sour. Furthermore, it contains chia seeds, which are said to be a superfood. The chia seeds resemble strawberry seeds and have a crunchy texture.
