Hokkaido Strawberry Ore, made with Hokkaido milk and strawberries, will be available for a limited time and in limited quantities at Mos Burger restaurants in Hokkaido. It will be available from September 14 to mid-November. It will end as soon as it is gone. The price is 300 yen for the S size only.

As a hamburger chain born in Japan, Mos Burger has been making use of the ingredients and characteristics of each region of Japan to create appealing products that are not uniform throughout the country. We have been developing products using local specialties and selling them only in local markets.

Hokkaido Strawberry Ore

This time, as an effort to increase milk consumption, which has been declining due to the impact of the new type of coronavirus infection and other factors, we have developed a limited-edition "Strawberry Olay" for the region. The strawberries used are "Akai Fairy" strawberries grown in Hokkaido. Akai Fairy" is a type of summer/autumn strawberry with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is characterized by its red flesh. Combined with milk, the refreshing sourness of strawberries is enhanced, resulting in a luxurious taste with a refreshing aftertaste.
