"White Berry Decoration" is a limited edition decorated cake for White Day with whipped cream and bright red strawberries to share with your loved ones. Softly baked sponge is layered with sweet and sour raspberry mousse with strawberry powder, rich chocolate sauce, chocolate cream with dark chocolate and milk chocolate, covered with plenty of whipped cream, and decorated with strawberries and white chocolate to finish. It is covered with whipped cream and decorated with strawberries and white chocolate. The size is 15 cm and the price is 2,160 yen (tax included).


Three Kinds of Chocolat

Blanc "Three Kinds of Chocolat Mont Blanc" is for chocolate lovers, with three kinds of chocolate melting in the mouth. A rich chocolate mousse made of milk chocolate with raspberries and dark chocolate is wrapped in melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate cream and decorated with "arazan," a thin layer of silver leaf covered with grains of sugar, and chocolate hearts, creating a lovely finish. The refreshing acidity of the raspberry enhances the rich flavor of the chocolate. The price is 410 yen.
