Red Hoppe Strawberry and Pudding Cube Decoration

: This decorated cake looks as if strawberry flowers have bloomed, reminding one of the arrival of spring. The moist cocoa sponge is sandwiched between whipped cream with shaved chocolate, and the baked pudding is decorated with "Red Hoppe strawberries" and strawberry-flavored cream and whipped cream to add color.

The sweet and sour strawberry sauce and the sweet mixed berry sauce with little acidity go perfectly with the light and refreshing soufflé cheese, making this a decorated cake with two different tastes in one.
