Japan Green Tea Center will release "Cat Town (Darjeeling)," a cat-shaped tea bag with dressable parts, on October 7. It will be available at gift stores, kitchen goods stores, and the company's online store.

The "Hook Tea" series, which has been popular since its launch in 2017, is a tea bag series in which a tag in the shape of two outstretched hands is hung over the edge of the cup.


Cat Town is a town of cats who run food shops. Three unique cats running a bakery, a fish shop, and a hamburger shop cheerfully sell their prized products.


There are eight parts in total: two hat parts, three parts to hold in the hand, and three parts to hold in the mouth. By cutting out the backing paper, you can enjoy the products sold at each store and their uniforms as dress-up parts.


The tea bags are made from Darjeeling, which is popular for its fruity aroma and refreshing flavor, also known as the champagne of teas. Darjeeling from India is one of the world's three great teas, along with Uva from Sri Lanka and Keemun from China.
