Sushi Choshimaru is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. The chain operates restaurants in Chiba, Tokyo, Saitama, and Kanagawa. This is a review of the "free araoshiru" lunchtime service and the "3 pieces of Hikarimono", "3 pieces of Saikyo Aburi", and "Aburi Hamo".
Sushi Choshimaru's Lunchtime Service: Free AraijiruAs a lunchtime service, Choshimaru is offering "free araijiru" from Monday to Friday until 2:00 p.m. The regular price of one bowl of araijiru is 143 yen (tax included). The usual price of one bowl of arajiru is 143 yen (tax not included), but you can have as many bowls of arajiru as you like for free.

The ara-jiru is self-serve. The saucepan is large, and the fish tend to sink to the bottom, so it is important to scoop the soup from the bottom with a ladle. If you scoop from the top, you will end up with only vegetables.
However, it is nice to have arajiru soup with plenty of vegetables. It is nice to have arajiru soup with plenty of vegetables.
The arai are huge! We eat it while taking care of the bones.
The ratio of ingredients to the soup is high at the time of the nabe, so the bowl is naturally full of ingredients, and after two bowlfuls, you are almost full.
Choshimaru's sushiLet's take a look at some of the sushi. Ordering at Choshimaru is done through a touch panel system.
This time, I ordered a total of three plates: "Hikarimono 3kan" and "Saikyo Aburi 3kan," an assortment of three items that is great when going to a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant alone, and "Hamo Aburi," which has been available since June 16.
Hikarimono 3-pieceThree pieces of sardine, horse mackerel, and kohada. Each piece is thick, and the horse mackerel in particular is a large piece that is equivalent to two pieces. You can enjoy the umami and flavor of fresh Hikarimono. The price is 297 yen (tax included).
Saikyo Aburi 3-pieceThree pieces of salmon, Miyabi-dai (sea bream), and Engawa (sea bream), each seared and topped with Saikyo Miso Sauce. The salmon melts in your mouth and the Engawa is a perfect match for the rich Saikyo Miso sauce. The price is 495 yen.
Seared HamoAvailable as an early summer menu item from June 6. HAMO Special Miso Aburi" and "HAMO Karaage" are also available.
The sushi of hamo, which is a bit rare, offers a rich and tasty taste. The unique texture that easily loosens and intertwines with the rice is addictive! The price is 363 yen.
The free araoshiru soup is available only during lunch hours, but the quality of sushi at Sushi Choshimaru is also very satisfying. If there's a location near you, be sure to pay a visit!
