Shiseido Parlor is offering a selection of sweets for summer gift-giving. The "Frui Joule" jelly, the "Assortment of Confectionery" set of baked sweets, and the "Beauty Princess" drink will be available. They will be available at Shiseido Parlor stores, mainly in department stores, and at the official online store.
Frui Joule
The "Fruy Joulet" is a jelly with a sensation of fruit juices spreading in the mouth, with a voluminous fruit pulp trapped inside. It comes in an assortment of five flavors: "Peach & Peach," "Black Cherry & Cassis," "La France & Green Apple," "La France & Green Apple," and "Hassaku & Grapefruit.
Peach & Peach
Peach & Peach" is made with Yamagata white peach pulp and domestic white peach puree.
Black Cherry & Cassis
Black Cherry & Cassis" is made with deep-flavored Polish blackcurrant juice and sweet, juicy black cherry pulp.
La France & Green Apple
La France & Green Apple" contains the mellow aroma of Yamagata Prefecture-grown La France fruit in a refreshing green apple jelly made from Aomori Prefecture-grown O-Rin fruit juice.
Hhasaku & Grapefruit
Hhasaku & Grapefruit" combines grapefruit juice and Wakayama Prefecture's hhasaku fruit pulp. It is said to offer a fresh and cool taste with a balance of sweet and sour with a hint of bitterness from both Japanese and Western citrus fruits.
Mango & Passion
Mango & Passion" is a tropical fruit, with the rich sweetness characteristic of mango accented by the sourness of passion fruit, resulting in a refreshing aftertaste.
Multiple sets of these combinations have been created. First, the "FG20 5 pieces of Fruity Julets" containing one of each of five flavors is priced at 2,160 yen (tax included, same as below).
The "FG30," a set of eight Frui Julets containing one each of "Black Cherry & Cassis," "La France & Green Apple," "Peach & Peach," "Hassaku & Grapefruit," and "Mango & Passion" is priced at 3,240 yen.
The "FG50" set of 14 Frui Julets, including 2 black cherry & blackcurrant, 3 each of peach & peach, La France & green apple, hassaku & grapefruit, and mango & passion, is priced at 5,400 yen.
Shiseido Parlor Assorted Confectionery
The "Confectionery Assortment" includes Shiseido Parlor's classic "Cheesecake", chocolate confectionery "La Bourre" and cookies "Biscuit".
Cheesecake
Cheesecake" is a biscuit dough made of Hokkaido flour, filled with Danish cream cheese, and baked. Each piece is individually wrapped.
La Boule
La beurre" is a crispy cocoa cookie with almond pudding and crushed almonds, covered with smooth chocolate and finished with a cocoa crunch. The cookies are slightly accented with Guerande salt, which enhances the taste of the chocolate. The assortment comes in two varieties, milk and white.
Biscuits
Biscuit" is a confectionery with a rich individuality in terms of shape, thickness, texture, aroma, and taste, and is said to have been baked with carefully selected ingredients. There are three types of biscuits in this assortment: caramel, choucré, and caramelized.
The price is 3,240 yen for the "Assorted Confectionery L30N," which includes 8 biscuits, 6 cheesecakes, and 12 la beurre. The "Confectionery Assortment L50N," which includes 16 biscuits, 9 cheesecakes, and 18 La Boule, will be available for 5,400 yen.
Beauty Princess
Beauty Princess" is a drink-type julep containing 1 g of collagen peptide and 35 mg of hyaluronic acid per bottle.
Four flavors are available. The "Muscat with Pineapple," which combines the gorgeous aroma of muscat with the rich sweetness of pineapple and the texture of aloe, "Blood Orange with Pomegranate," which combines Sicilian blood orange and pomegranate juice, and "Peach Puree," which combines peach puree from Nagano Prefecture and Japanese rose flower extract. Peach with Rose," which combines peach puree from Nagano Prefecture with Japanese rose flower extract and peach pulp, and "Mango with Aloe," which combines Indian alphonso mango puree with richly textured aloe.
The set includes one bottle of "Blood Orange with Pomegranate," two each of "Mango with Aloe," "Peach with Rose," and "Muscat with Pineapple," and a "Beauty Princess 7 Bottle Set BP30" with seven exclusive straws. The retail price is 3,240 yen.
