From the "Jiwatoro" series, which uses Ace Cook's unique "butter-like block" technology, comes "Garibata", a staple of the stamina menu. The teriyaki-like soy sauce broth with a chicken base and a strong garlic flavor is combined with the flavor of butter that gradually melts from the "butter-like block" to create a rich, stamina-enhancing dish. The moderately resilient and smooth noodles intertwine with the soup, creating an addictive taste full of stamina that makes you want to eat it in early summer.

The noodles are round with moderate elasticity and smoothness. It is finished to go well with the soup. The soup is a chicken-based teriyaki-like soy sauce broth with garlic and other spices. The buttery block added afterward adds a buttery flavor to the soup, giving it a richness that lingers in the mouth. Kayaku (dried cabbage) with a crunchy texture, moderately seasoned minced chicken, and green onions are used as condiments.
