The Premium Malts [White Ale]: A fresh aroma created by European aroma hops and ale yeast
Suntory Beer will release "The Premium Malts [White Ale]". In addition to "diamond malt," a portion of wheat malt has been used to achieve a high quality full-bodied taste and soft mouthfeel.
Suntory Beer will release "The Premium Malts〈White Ale〉" on May 24, 350ml (11.83us fl oz) and 500ml (16.91us fl oz), 6% alcohol by volume. The price is open to the public.
The Premium Malts" is made with a thorough attention to ingredients and production methods, including the use of a portion of "Diamond Malt" harvested and malted in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries, and brewed with natural water. This time, "The Premium Malts" brand's first "White Ale" made with a portion of wheat malt and brewed with ale yeast will be released in limited quantities.
The Premium Malts White Ale
The Premium Malts White Ale contains a portion of wheat malt in addition to "diamond malt," which gives the beer its fine richness and soft mouthfeel. The beer is fermented with ale yeast, which brings out the characteristics of European aroma hops, to give it a fresh aroma and pleasant aftertaste. The package is white with a golden gradation to express the delicious liquid color and smooth bubbles of the beer.
