Lemonade Beaver

The beaver dough is made from Hokuriku glutinous rice and has a crispy, fine and light texture, with a savory aroma that spreads with each chew. Hidaka kelp is kneaded into the dough, giving it a lingering flavor, and combined with the saltiness of "Naruto no Yakishio" (grilled salt from Naruto), you will not be able to stop eating it. The refreshing sourness of the lemon adds a somewhat ethnic flavor. The combination of the light texture and the delicious flavor will make you addicted to it once you try it.
