GIVE and LOVE Hokkaido Raspberry Butter Cake, a pastry made with Hokkaido raspberries, will be available from March 18 at the official online store and the Tokyo factory. It measures 120 x 60 x 40 mm and is priced at 5,200 yen (tax included, delivery not included).

Rare Hokkaido raspberries, among the raspberries popular in Canoble's flavored butter "beurre aromatizée," are used in this butter cake, which is made without coloring or flavoring.


A brightly colored shell of raspberry chocolate and fresh butter, raspberry confiture cooked at low temperature, butter cream with raspberry confiture, biscuit dipped in raspberry syrup, Japanese fermented butter and custard cream. The special buttercream is made with a combination of buttercream and buttercream.


First, the butter chocolate shell melts to spread the firm acidity of the raspberry, then the butter cream envelopes the sourness of the fruitiness of the confiture, and when the biscuit dipped in the juice begins to unwind in the mouth, the butter cream with fermented butter and custard brings it all together.
