The new menus "Rossini Burg Bowl" and "Raw Squeezed Mont Blanc" were sold at my series stores. The sale period is until December 5th. A new product that you can enjoy not only the taste but also the eyes.

Rossini Burg Bowl

Speaking of my series, "Beef fillet and foie gras Rossini". The Rossini was expressed in a hamburger steak and layered on top of the rice. Foie gras carefully sautéed on top of the meaty hamburger steak. The egg yolk and Japanese-style truffle sauce go great together, and the rice goes well. Weekday lunch only. Raw squeezed Mont Blanc

Make a luxurious paste of steamed chestnuts from France and squeeze it in front of you. Enjoy the crispy texture by adding grilled meringue, and add cassis and vanilla ice cream that goes well with chestnuts. The synergistic effect of hazelnut crumble enhances the aroma of chestnuts.
