"Mooncake" is available at department stores and Hino direct stores except Haneda Airport and Kichijoji Tokyu. An original recipe in which the dough of the French confectionery Galette Bretonne is combined with the bean paste ordered from the Shiose Sohonke, and walnuts, chestnuts, and black sesame are mixed, regardless of the traditional method of making mooncakes.
