"Waguri Cream Milk Coffee" will be available from KEY'S CAFE as an autumn-only drink. It will be handled sequentially from September 16th. It will be on sale until the end of November.

A cup of Japanese chestnuts that are in season in autumn. The base milk coffee is a mixture of "ice temperature aged" coffee and milk, which are characterized by a mellow taste. By aging green coffee beans (Namame) before roasting in a temperature range called the ice temperature range of 0 degrees or less for a certain period of time, the water content in the beans is homogenized and uneven roasting occurs. It has been reduced to give it a mellow taste. Nell (cloth) drip extraction is used to further enhance the mellowness.

Chestnut-flavored chestnut syrup is added to this to give it a savory taste. The gentle sweetness of Japanese chestnut cream was squeezed on the top, and bittersweet cocoa powder was sprinkled on top of it to enhance the mellow sweetness of milk coffee. Hot and ice cream are available, both of which are said to be tailored to make you feel autumn.
