Lotte's chocolate "Sasa" has been renewed for the first time in 17 years, and on September 14, the new "Sasa" and "Sasa [Mellow Strawberry]," which is now sold year-round, will be released. The estimated price is around 237 yen each (tax included).

This delicate-looking product is created by carefully folding two types of thin, linear chocolate over each other, giving it the appearance of silk fabric. It is characterized by the crispy and delicate texture created by weaving approximately 1,350 thin chocolate lines of about 1.5 mm, and by its melt-in-your-mouth feel as if it melts in your mouth.

This time, for the first time in about 17 years, the quality has been substantially renewed. The balance between bitter and white has been deepened and the cacao taste has been enhanced to create a more mature taste.
