"Sweet potato snacks" are snacks with a soft and light texture that are made from sweet potatoes and are kneaded with savory roasted potatoes. They are sold every year from autumn to winter, which is the delicious season for sweet potatoes. In 1973, the predecessor product "Satsuma Potato" was born. After that, the product name was changed to "Osatsu Cookie" and it was released as the current "Osatsu Snack" in November 1981, and it is a long-selling product celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

This year's product has a 30% increase in the amount of baked goods (compared to the product released in 2020), making it a product that has the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes and is more fragrant. In the pre-launch tasting survey, it was well received that "the flavor of grilled food can be tasted well and the aroma is good and delicious."
