Imuraya "Imuraya bean paste"

A chewy two-stage fermented dough that is characteristic of the baked deli series, and is wrapped in bean paste that makes the best use of the azuki processing technology that Imuraya has accumulated. It is the first time for "Azuki no Imuraya" to be introduced as a bean paste.

For the bean paste, Dainagon azuki beans from Hokkaido, which are characterized by their large grain size and hard to collapse, are used. The sugar is made from high-purity white disaccharide and is cooked to a low sugar content to give it an elegant and refreshing sweetness.

Hokkaido flour, cream, fermented butter, and salt are used for the bread dough, and it is finished with a rich flavor so that you can feel the richness of milk and the aroma of butter. In addition, by quick freezing the freshly baked, it is devised so that the freshly made taste will continue even after thawing. At home, you can enjoy the crispy texture of freshly baked bread by thawing it at room temperature or in the microwave and then baking it in a toaster and "rebaking" it.
