Dominican Ruby

Coffee with a refreshing aroma and acidity like green apple, and rich sweetness like berries. The culture of the Dominican Republic is vibrant and folklore traditions and beliefs flourish. The package expresses the diverse and colorful impression of the carnival, which can be said to be a symbol.

Tipica is one of the original coffee varieties and is characterized by a well-balanced and clear taste. However, it is vulnerable to pests and the amount of cultivation is extremely small worldwide.

The Silvestre plantation has cultivated this rare Tipica variety from 1950 to the present. Only ripe red coffee cherries were carefully harvested one by one from the tree by hand picking, dried in the shade, and the sweetness of the flesh was slowly condensed into coffee beans. Special coffee for a limited time is also recommended as a "reward for yourself" and a "gift for Father's Day" for coffee-loving dads.
