At Shoei's official online shop, which manufactures and sells original confectionery, "3 types of Maritozzo" will be available for pre-order from May 17th. The price is 1,500 yen (tax included and shipping not included).

Maritozzo is a traditional Italian-Roman dolce with plenty of cream sandwiched between brioche dough that uses plenty of butter and milk. The dough is bread dough, so it's not too sweet and is enjoyed for breakfast and snacks.


Maritozzo, which will be released this time, has a lineup of three flavors: vanilla cream, chocolate cream, and caramel cream. All three types have a double structure in which the center is a combination of sun-dried salt from Guérande, France, and salted caramel cream cooked with cream from Hokkaido. Chocolate cream is sprinkled with chocolate powder, and caramel cream is sprinkled with crushed Graham biscuits.




The advance reservation period is from May 17th to May 31st. Products will be shipped from June 1st. Contains 3 vanilla cream, 1 chocolate cream, and 1 caramel cream. It will be delivered frozen.
