This is the fourth work in the "Kappa Ebisen that goes well with sake" series that has been launched since April 2020. The series is a luxurious "Kappa Ebisen" that you can enjoy the flavor of shrimp, which is particular about the combination of "texture, special salt, and ingredients that stand out with salt".

The "excellent Kappa Ebisen flower algae salt and smoked chili flavor" that will be introduced this time is Kappa Ebisen seasoned with "flower algae salt" that is mellow and has no salt, and "smoked chili pepper" that is also used for salami and beef jerky as snacks. The special "flower algae salt" is made from 100% seawater from the Seto Inland Sea, and is finished into algae salt in Setouchi. The domestic seaweed to be combined is dried in the sun, then soaked in seawater and boiled down in a flat kettle to extract bittern in the seaweed soak. After drying it again, it is soaked in the bittern to fully bring out the umami component of the seaweed.
