Kappa Ebisen Sakura Shrimp Tailoring

From Calbee "Kappa Ebisen", a new product "Kappa Ebisen Sakura Shrimp Tailoring", which is made by kneading whole cherry shrimp, will be released on March 15th at convenience stores nationwide. Other than convenience stores, it will be released on March 29th. The estimated price is around 130 yen (tax included).

"Kappa Ebisen" was released in 1964 and is a long-selling product that is loved by people of all ages. Natural shrimp with good freshness is used "whole and whole shell", and it is a snack confectionery that is rich in shrimp flavor and can also take calcium.

Last year, "Kappa Ebisen Sakura Shrimp" was sold as a spring-summer flavor. This year, by changing the "fried method" of last year to the same "roasting method" as "Kappa Ebisen", we will develop a more fragrant taste of sakura shrimp seasonally. Scheduled to be sold out in early September.

The dough, which is thinner than the standard product "Kappa Ebisen", has a crispy and light texture. In addition to the shrimp used in "Kappa Ebisen," the whole sakura shrimp is kneaded as it is to create a cute cherry blossom color. The savory umami of sakura shrimp is "unstoppable, unstoppable".
