Noix de Beurre "Gato Boule"

The butter cream cake "Gato Boule" will be released on March 30th from Isetan Mitsukoshi's original brand "Noix de Beurre". Available at Noix de Beurre Shinjuku Isetan and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi stores.

"Noir de Bourg", which was born on March 30, 2011, is a Western confectionery brand centered on baked confectionery developed by Edelweiss as an original brand of Isetan Mitsukoshi. We have a lineup of products based on the desire to deliver the "most delicious moment" of each sweet. "Freshly baked financier" using domestic fermented butter is the most popular.

"Gato Boule" is a butter cream cake specially made by Noix de Beurre. The anglaise, which is made by boiling milk and egg yolk until it becomes thick, is combined with white chocolate and butter to bring out the richness and umami, and finally the lightness of Italian meringue is added to make it smooth and smooth. The rice flour sponge on the surface is decorated with sugared almond dice, and the butter cream is sandwiched with crispy almond-flavored succulent to add a variety of textures.
