New spring pancakes "Uraura Strawberry Pancake" and "Crème Brulee Pancake" will be on sale from March 17th at each Kona's Coffee store.

"'Ula'Ula" means "bright red" in Hawaiian. "Uraura Strawberry Pancake" is a pancake that is perfect for spring, using luxuriously red ripe domestic strawberries. A dish made by sandwiching plenty of strawberry pulp jam between pancakes, sponge cake entwined with strawberry sauce, and plenty of refreshing yogurt cream. You can enjoy the taste like a shortcake with an elegant sweetness. The price is 1,780 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


On the other hand, "Crème Brulee Pancake" is a collaboration of creme brulee and pancakes whose rich and smooth custard cream surface is crispy with sugar. The custard cream on the surface is roasted with a burner, and a generous amount of bittersweet caramel sauce is applied to create an "adult taste". Eat it with the vanilla ice cream and whipped cream that comes with it for a richer and more mellow taste.


Also, if you scrape the coffee beans on the table, it will be more bitter, and if you sprinkle maple syrup, it will taste like French toast. Enjoy it with your favorite way of eating. The price is 1,380 yen.
