At each Kappa Sushi store, "Tandan noodles with octagonal scented kakuni" supervised by Nihonbashi "Shodoten" will be on sale as the 13th edition of the authentic ramen series. Handling starts from March 17th.

"Authentic ramen series" with the concept of "Kappa Sushi that is not familiar to the taste of famous restaurants". Cumulative sales from the 1st to the 12th have exceeded 8.3 million meals. In the 13th edition, "Tandan Noodles", the first in the history of the authentic ramen series, will be released.

Supervised by the long-established store "Kodoten" in Nihonbashi. The dandan noodles at the restaurant are mildly finished with sesame seeds, and the spicy taste is full of flavor.

"Tantan noodles with star anise scented simmered in squares" sold at Kappa Sushi is characterized by a high-quality soup with a well-balanced flavor of Chinese-style spices, simmered pork scented with octagonal scents, and kakuni and soy sauce. There is also a "chasing rice" that is perfect for eating all the soup.


The price is 429 yen (tax included). It will be on sale until May 31st, but will end as soon as it runs out. The chasing is 110 yen (tax included).
