Eda Mariko cheese flavor

From the "Material Riko" series, where you can enjoy the crispy and crispy texture with various ingredients, a new product "Eda Mariko Cheese Flavor" of "Eda Mariko" using edamame as the main ingredient has appeared. It will be on sale for a limited time from January 25th to the end of April.

The "Material Riko" series uses ingredients other than potatoes as the main ingredients, and you can enjoy the original taste of each material with the pleasant texture of "Jagarico", which is crispy at the beginning and crispy afterwards. Currently, "Eda Mariko", which uses edamame as the main ingredient, and "Tomoriko," which uses sweet corn as the main ingredient, are being developed.

In developing a new taste of "Eda Mariko", we conducted a consumer questionnaire survey of the tastes that "Eda Mariko" wants to eat, and "Cheese taste" ranked first. Edamame and cheese go well together as ingredients for cooking, and recipes that combine these ingredients are also gaining popularity, so they have been commercialized.

The feature is that cheddar cheese grains are kneaded into the dough that uses whole edamame. The more you chew, the more the taste of edamame and the mellow taste of cheese spread. Easy-to-eat bite size (about 2/3 the length of Jagarico).

The estimated price is around 140 yen (tax included). It is not available at convenience stores.
