"Jumbo cream puff (custard)" at Ginza Cozy Corner is a long-selling cream puff that has been loved for a long time since it was released in 1984. A new cream puff "fresh cream puff" was created by combining the experience and technology cultivated over many years.

The cream of "Fresh Cream Shoe" is a perfect balance of two types of pure fresh cream made from 100% Hokkaido milk. The rich richness of milk is tailored to a light aftertaste, and a "thickness" is pursued to the very limit that can be filled in the choux pastry.
