"Pierre Herme Signature Cupcake Chocolat Orange" is a cupcake with rich chocolate orange sauce, orange brownie, cacao scented chocolate mousse, and orange jelly with a sense of fruit juice. It is a collaboration product with the famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé. Sales areas are Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Koshinetsu, Hokuriku, Tokai, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Depending on the store, some may not be available.

I tried to eat

Colorful orange jelly. You can feel the gorgeous sweet and sour taste with a plump mouthfeel. Below that is the shoko mousse. It melts "fushu" and spreads the sweetness of mellow chocolate. Blocks of orange brownies are sunk here and there in this shoko mousse, adding an accent with a moist texture and rich sweetness.
