Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay Supervised by Junji Tokunaga Montblanc Noel

A special Montblanc using marron paste carefully finished by the traditional French handmade method. Marron cream is squeezed so that you can fully enjoy the rich chestnut flavor. The price is 3,700 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Pierre Hermé Signature Gateau de Noel Ala Pistache

A pistachio cake devised by Patissier Pierre Hermé for 7-ELEVEN. Milk chocolate cream and pistachio-flavored mascarpone cream are layered on Dacquoise sprinkled with pistachio dice and coated with a glossy glasage. The price is 3,980 yen.

gelato pique Brown bear charred butter caramel cake

A caramel cake with a slight buttery scent that expresses the world of brown bears in one tone. A fragrant nut sponge sandwiched with smooth caramel cream is combined with a soft cream with charred butter. The price is 3,990 yen.
