The hazelnut version of the popular chocolate confectionery "Meiji Almond Chocolate", " Meiji Hazelnut Chocolate " was released on September 1st. The price is 220 yen (excluding tax).

What kind of product?

Following "almond chocolate" and "macadamia chocolate", three items in the Meiji nut chocolate series. The whole hazelnut is coated with a candy coat that enhances the aroma and is wrapped in bitter chocolate with a cacao content of 66%.



The grains are round. Like almond chocolate, it has a slippery coating that does not easily melt at your fingertips.

I tried to eat

Throw a pong and one into your mouth and mumble. The chocolate melts, and the crispy hazelnuts and light texture come out.


The bittersweet and refreshing sweetness of bitter chocolate goes perfectly with the hazelnuts that deepen the aroma the more you chew. Combined with the faint astringency of the thin nut skin, you can enjoy the flavorful taste of adults.
