"Konpeito Kinako Caramel Latte ~ Salty Flavor ~" will be on sale on September 2nd at each Tully's Coffee store. A drink devised by Tully's Coffee Sapporo HTB Sosei Square store manager Ayaka Kudo, who won the "Best Signature Drink Award" in the creative drink category at the 2019 "Tully's Barista Contest".

At the "Barista Contest" held every year by Tully's Coffee, the "Signature Drink Category" is the section where the store fellows participating in the contest present their own drinks. Fellows will showcase their thoughts on the stage of the "Barista Contest" through trial and error, and the winning drink will be sold at all Tully's Coffee stores.


Signature drinks are devised according to the theme decided every year. The theme for 2019 was "Drinks that make you feel Japan".

"Konpeito Kinako Caramel Latte ~ Salty Flavor ~" is a drink that uses "Konpeito", a traditional Japanese confectionery, and "Kinako", which is attracting attention from overseas, and is fused with espresso. By adding salty caramel sauce, the whole is made cohesive. The surface is topped with colorful konpeito, inspired by Maiko.

It is recommended that you first scoop up konpeito with a spoon and eat it. You can enjoy the mellow espresso scent and the smoothness of the steam milk made by the barista, accented with soybean flour.
