Originally developed by Ozeki through mechanical analysis and sensory evaluation, it was devised based on the "Sake Taste Map" that expresses the taste of sake, and this time it was supervised by Ezaki Glico. It is finished to be suitable for combination with Glico's "Premium Juku Curry (Medium Spicy)".
