Grapestone's new brand, the first cheese Italian sweets specialty store "MEISTER Cheese" will open on August 5th in the "Tokyo Gift Palette" at the Yaesu North Exit of JR Tokyo Station.

"MEISTER Cheese" is a new cheese Italian sweets specialty store. Chefs who are fascinated by Italian sweets, the origin of cheese gourmet and fashion, will develop sweets that make full use of a wide variety of cheeses.


The masterpiece "Meister Cheese Pie" is a cheese pie inspired by the traditional Italian pie "Sfogliatella" that Naples loves. It is baked crisply at high temperature and is characterized by its wavy waves and fragrance. It contains cheese chocolate with Parmigiano Reggiano, Camembert, cheddar and Gouda. The price is 800 yen for 3 pieces, 1,500 yen for 6 pieces, and 2,500 yen for 10 pieces (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Meister Cheesecake" is an Italian cheesecake with refreshing Italian ricotta cheese and mellow cream cheese. The finish is sprinkled with fragrant Gran Mazo cheese and baked at low temperature with the scent of lemon. The price is 1,100 yen for 5 pieces and 2,000 yen for 10 pieces.


"Meister Cheese Quattro Sandwich" is a cheese langue de chat cookie baked crispy with plenty of cheese. Four types of cheese cream, Parmigiano Reggiano, Cheddar, Gouda, and blue cheese, and honey orange confiture are thickly dip. The price is 550 yen for 4 pieces, 1,100 yen for 8 pieces, and 1,650 yen for 12 pieces.
