Seasonal menus using "honmaguro" are now available at each Japanese restaurant "Yumean". Two summer-like meals will be on sale from July 9th to early August (finished as soon as the stock runs out).

One item is "honmaguro and seasonal vegetables, conger tempura set". You can enjoy sashimi of "honmaguro" with plenty of high-quality fat, as well as tempura fried with seasonal vegetables such as plump and thick pike conger, eggplant, Fushimi pepper, and Japanese ginger. Served with a lemon-lime vinegar drink, you can enjoy it refreshingly even on hot days. The price is 1,399 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


The other item is "Uji Tea Soba and Honmaguro Kotetsu Fire Bowl Set". It is a menu where you can enjoy Uji tea soba with a fragrant and smooth texture along with the small tuna bowl. The price is 1,299 yen.


Also, from July 9th, a generous amount of "Unaju" will be on sale at the same time. "Unaju (with soup and new incense)" is 1,999 yen, and "Unaju" is 1,899 yen. You can also order by To go or home delivery (suimono and new incense are not included).
