Toyo Suisan will release cupped instant noodles "MARUCHAN QTTA Ura Chili Pepper Tonkotsu Flavor" and "MARUCHAN QTTA Ura Chili Pepper Curry Flavor" on July 6th. The estimated price is 193 yen each (excluding tax).

"MARUCHAN QTTA" is a vertical cup noodle with the concept of having a firm texture and wanting the person who ate it to take a break and feel positive. This time, "Chili Pepper Tonkotsu Flavor" and "Chili Pepper Curry Flavor" will appear at the same time as the back menu of "TONKOTSU" and "CURRY".

The "MARUCHAN QTTA" series uses noodles made by a unique method that matches the flavor. "Back chili pepper tonkotsu taste" is a "non-steam manufacturing method" that is characterized by a smooth and crisp texture, and "back chili pepper curry taste" is a "glossy rice cake manufacturing method" that is characterized by a smooth and chewy texture. Both of them are fried in oil using lard and finished in fragrant flavored noodles.

"Ura Chili Pepper Tonkotsu Flavor" is a spicy soup based on the taste of pork bones, spicy with the richness of garlic and ginger and chili peppers. The ingredients are seasoned pork, green onions, wood ear mushrooms, sesame seeds, and coarsely ground chili peppers.
