Chateraise "Chocolat Parfait Considering Sugar" and "Tiramisu Mont Blanc Considering Sugar"

Parfait and Mont Blanc are now available in Chateraise's popular "sugar-cut sweets". "Chocolat Parfait Considering Sugar" and "Tiramisu Mont Blanc Considering Sugar" will be on sale from June 5th to July 7th. The price is 350 yen each (excluding tax).

Chateraise has been selling sugar-cut sweets since 2009. The lineup includes sugar-cut cakes, cream puffs, puddings, ice cream, chocolate, dorayaki, bread , and pizza.

"Chocolat parfait considering sugar" is a parfait with a sugar mass of 6.0g (0oz) (excluding erythritol and maltitol). Raspberry sauce with reduced sugar, chocolate cream, and low-sweetness cream are layered. Topped with almonds and the popular "Melting chocolate pavé chocolate style with 88% sugar cut".

"Tiramisu Montblanc with sugar in mind" is Montblanc with a sugar content of 5.6g (0.21oz) (excluding erythritol and maltitol). A sponge with reduced sugar and coffee cream are layered, mascarpone cream is squeezed out, and it is finished with cocoa powder. Inside is coffee jelly.
