Arrange local dishes for summer into a set menu!

From June 2nd, two types of seasonal local dishes will be available at the set meal restaurant Yayoiken. "Hiyajiru and Toriten set meal", which is a combination of Hiyajiru and Toriten, and Aichi prefecture, where you can enjoy eels, are Nagoya's specialty "Hitsumabushi set meal".

Hiyajiru and Toriten set meal is 890 yen (tax included, same below). Yayoiken's cold soup is tofu, cucumber, and cold miso-style soup with ice. It is a local dish filled with the wisdom of southern Miyazaki, where you can eat it cold and refreshing even when you have no appetite in the hot summer by adding rice or loosening the grilled horse mackerel that comes with it.

You can enjoy it with fried chicken thighs, which are battered with brewed soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

You can order Hiyajiru alone for 280 yen, or you can change the set meal miso soup to Hiyajiru for an additional 180 yen.

Along with the release of "Hiyajiru and Toriten Set Meal", a campaign will be held for a limited time from June 2nd to 12th. "Yayoiken original cold towel" is for 50 people, and Yayoiken's "meal ticket for 1,000 yen" is for 50 people.

Hitsumabushi set meal is 1,290 yen. It comes with a special sauce made by adding eel kabayaki and broth egg to rice, soy sauce and mirin with a deep rich sweetness, and a bonito-based white sauce for ochazuke. You can taste the eel with a special sauce, enjoy the change in taste with the condiment green onions and wasabi, and finally sprinkle with white soup stock and eat it lightly as dashi chazuke.

The "Unagi Kabayaki Set Meal" (1,290 yen), where you can enjoy the fragrant and plump eel with kabayaki, and the "Special Unagi Kabayaki Set Meal" (1,590 yen), which is 1.5 times more eel, will also be available. A menu that you will want to eat on July 21st and August 2nd, which are the days of the Ox for the earth in 2020.
