Stores selling dairy products and sweets in Hokkaido are carrying excess inventory due to cancelled events and a decrease in visitors. As a countermeasure, the Sapporo Chamber of Commerce and Industry and others are promoting mail-order sales. Honnen, known for its " Tsukisamu Anpan," has also created a special mail order set of 20 pieces of "Tsukisamu Anpan (Koshi Anpan) Super Special Price! Special Set" was created especially for mail order.

Honma is a long-established company founded in 1906 in Tsukisap (now Tsukisamu), Sapporo. Its signature product since the beginning, Tsukisamu Anpan, is made with red beans from Tokachi in Hokkaido and wrapped in a thin crust.

Amidst a string of cancellations of product fairs, a set of 20 pieces is now available for mail-order.

Anpan is often seen outside of Hokkaido at Hokkaido product exhibitions in department stores, but due to a string of event cancellations over the past few months, there is stock that cannot be shipped. We have created a "Gekkan Anpan (Koshi-An) Special Set of 20 pieces" in hopes that people will purchase them on the Internet. Special Set" has been created.

The set is now on sale at Honma's direct sales site. The regular price of 3,024 yen (including tax, the same below) is set at 1,999 yen. Shipping fees will be charged separately.

In addition to the special set of Tsukisamu Anpan, there are many other food items such as cheese, yogurt, caramel, and cakes that were overstocked due to the cancellation of the product exhibition. The Sapporo Chamber of Commerce and Industry is introducing special sales by stores and manufacturers on its website titled " Emergency Inventory Disposal SOS! This initiative allows people to support Hokkaido's products by purchasing them at special prices.
